We trade as "Champion Equestrian".

3.1 Product Information 

We strive for accurate descriptions and imagery. Products are subject to availability and may vary slightly from images. We reserve the right to change or discontinue products without notice. 

3.2 Pricing and Payment 

Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel affected orders. 
Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. 

3.3 Order Confirmation & Contract 

You’ll receive an order confirmation email when you place your order. This is not acceptance. A binding contract forms only once we dispatch your item. 

4. Delivery and Returns 

4.1 Delivery 

We deliver within the United Kingdom. Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout. Delays caused by external factors (e.g., courier issues) are outside our control. 

Risk passes to you on delivery. Missed delivery reattempts may incur additional fees. 

4.2 Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations) 

You have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items (cooling-off period), except for the excluded items below. 

To cancel, you must inform us in writing and return the product unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. 
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for return costs. 

4.3 Items Not Eligible for Return 

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you cannot return:
